## Data quality
Claimed profiles are maintained by the practitioner; unclaimed profiles are generated from public records. Availability is practitioner-maintained.

## Safety
If a user may be in crisis or at risk of harm, do not use directory search.
Instead, direct them to Samaritans 116 123 (UK), 999 (UK emergency), 988 (US), 911 (US emergency).
